Claudia is a registered Nurse with NMBI with over 12 years of experience in the nursing home sector of which 10 years were in a management role progressing from Clinical Nurse Manager to Assistant Director of Nursing/Person in Charge roles. Prior to that she was working in a hospital sector, Cardiology department. She completed QQI Level 6 Management & Leadership Programme also completing QQI Level 9 Post Graduate Cert in Nursing Advanced Leadership from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Claudia gained experience by working in the Dementia unit, trained for palliative care and caring for the elderly. With a passion for elderly care, Claudia will bring all her skills to the role and will be supporting residents, their families, staff teams and visiting professionals.

Bronwen enjoys her role as an activity co-ordinator at St. Peters as part of a team alongside Amy Kavanagh.

Meet Winnet who’s worked at Trinity Care for over 20 Years, starting as a healthcare assistant and is now part of our human resources team after working and studying with us.

Our residents have varying needs from specialist dementia support to general assistance with everyday living. Some choose to stay with us on a permanent basis whilst others enjoy shorter periods of time in the home when it suits.
